I am normally not one to complain, but I don't want other women to walk out of Euphoria with the same horrible experience I had. I decided to try somewhere new because my usual (and amazing) hair stylist was all booked up. I will never try that again.
I am blond and simply wanted my roots re-touched. The stylist (Jacque) complained the entire time about his back, how he was exhausted, and glad I was his second last client.
He bleed the colour in my hair, which he tired to fix and failed. I now have a light brown spot on the top of my head. I still have all my roots showing, he barely covered any of them. When I said I wanted a trim, he barely cut any hair off, and didn't touch my bangs.
To top it all off, he then charged me 215 + tip... It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I left wanting to cry. I hate confrontation, but have hit my breaking point and will be calling them to complain and see if they can fix it. Without letting him touch my head again!
Take this as a warning... don't go! |
